Account Cancellation
To cancel your Domino Developer Network account please submit the following form. For verification purposes you must complete at least three of the following fields regarding the account you wish to cancel.

Username (account name):


E-mail address (must match address we have on file for account):


City (must match city we have on file for account):


Last 4 digits of credit card number (must match credit card we have on file for account):


Your account will be cancelled before our next billing period. Please be sure to make copies of any databases/files stored on our servers. You may cancel your subscription to fee-based services at any time. Many cancellation requests may be made using the appropriate configuration form for the service on the DDN website. For those that cannot be cancelled by you, the services will be cancelled with 3 business days of the date we receive your request, and you will not be reimbursed for any portion of unused services you have already paid for. DDN does not prorate service charges, and we do not guarantee a turnaround time for cancellation requests submitted via direct email.
