Support/Monitoring
All dedicated servers include toll-fee 24x7x365 phone support. Fault monitoring and automated server recovery is included on TCP ports 25 (SMTP), 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS) and 1352 (Lotus Notes) from 3 remote locations... California (US), New York (US) and London (England). Fault notification is available via e-mail, pager, SMS and telephone (toll charges may apply). Our monitoring capability is triple redundant as we overlap the services of 3 individual companies to protect and monitor our network. Keeping your server up and running is our greatest concern! Additional port monitoring is available at $5 per month for each additional port.
IP/Security/Firewall Configuration
All dedicated servers include 1 IP address (additional IP addresses are available at $5 per month per additional IP). All servers include Firewall configuration (Watchguard Firebox) for the following network ports: 21 (FTP), 23 (Telnet), 25 (SMTP), 50 (IPSec), 80 (HTTP), 110 (POP3), 143 (IMAP), 389 (LDAP), 443 (HTTPS), 1352 (Lotus Notes), 1533 (Sametime), 1755 (Windows Media), 3306 (MySQL), 3389 (Terminal Services), 5631 (pcAnywhere) and 8080 (HTTP). Additional port configuration is available at $5 per month for each additional port.
Data Backup Service
Reliable daily network-based backup storage is available at $1/GB per day (up to 14 days). If your backup requirements are above 80GB per day or require retention periods over 14 days a dedicated backup device can be installed on your server (please contact us for a custom quote).

Licensing
Microsoft Windows Server and Sophos Anti-Virus licensing is included with all servers. Servers do not include a Domino Server license. However, if your company has 1000 or fewer employees you qualify for Domino Express which does not require a server license unless you need to authenticate unlimited users using a Web browser. If you do not need to authenticate users using a Web browser you only need to purchase a Collaboration Express client license for each user accessing the server. If you do need to authenticate unlimited users you will need to purchase a Utility Server Express license which costs approximently US$2,500. If your company has more than 1000 employees you should utilize IBM Passport Advantage to obtain licenses.
