All dedicated servers are built using only the highest-standard, fully-supported hardware components available. We exclusively utilize Dell PowerEdge servers to provide a wide range of both quality and value to our customers. Unlike other hosting providers which offer "generic" hardware, we maintain support contracts with our hardware vendors (we require all vendors to provide on-site support). With such agreements in place you can be sure that in the event of a hardware failure a technician will be working on your problem within 4 hours. We go even further by providing a pool of "hot-swap" servers that are pre-configured and immediately available to replace your failed server. If your requirements specify servers larger than 4U or specialized hardware is needed, please contact us for a custom quote.
